In the event that the treasure you ordered doesn't quite meet your expectations, we offer a generous 5-day return policy starting from the date your item is delivered to your doorstep. Please keep in mind that the cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility. Additionally, for orders exceeding $25, there may be a $5 restocking fee applied, which is determined at the discretion of Treasures From The Multiverse. If your treasure does not meet your expectations, please reach out to us via email or phone within 5 days of receiving your order to begin the return process. Remember, treasures returned after this period will be sent back to you unless we have made alternative arrangements. We also understand that packages can be damaged during delivery.
